The management of DGTL SHIPPING CO. LLC has defined and declared its Quality, Health,
Safety & Environment Policy and objectives so that this is in line with the principles, direction
and philosophy of the organization.

The QHSE policy has taken into consideration the appropriateness to the organization’s purpose
that the customer needs and expectations and legal requirements are met at all times to ensure
their satisfaction.
It provides a framework for the establishment and review of the objectives.

The QHSE policy and objectives are subjected to a periodic review and updated if required, to suit
the changing customer needs and expectations.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment protection concept is included in DGTL Management
training and organization.
It is everyone's responsibility and requires the direct involvement of managers, supervisors and
employees.
DGTL seeks to conduct operations to prevent harm to its employees, visitors and other people
affected directly or indirectly by its activities.

DGTL main targets in QHSE:

• Prevent injuries and reduce accidents at the workplace.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment.
• Establish safe working practices throughout its operations.
• Provide training for all employees to help them work safely and protect the environment.
• Comply with all statutory and customer obligations with regards to health, safety and
  environment protection.
• Maintain emergency response procedures.
• Develop safety, health and environmental awareness amongst all employees.
• Analyze risks associated with its operations and define effective remedial or contingency plans.

"Since I joined DGTL Group, I had been developing in different fields of activity of company. Upgrading my skills in DGTL service sector is helping me in my current mission, in QHSE field.
